Yearly SaaS subscriptions
TaxAgentPortal subscriptions are billed yearly. Once a yearly billing period has started, refunds are generally not automatic.
Free trial
A 14-day free trial is offered where available. You will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other non-excludable consumer protection laws that apply to you.
How to request a refund or cancel
- Cancel anytime before renewal in your billing settings.
- For billing issues, contact support@taxagentportal.com.au with your account email and reason.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans may have specific refund and cancellation terms set out in a separate agreement, which prevail over this page.
