TaxAgentPortal offers yearly subscriptions only. There is no monthly plan.

- Small Firm — A$499/year
- Professional — A$799/year (most popular)
- Premium — A$999/year
- Enterprise — Custom pricing (contact sales)
All prices are in AUD. GST may apply where required.
Free trial
A 14-day free trial is available where offered. Some features may be limited during the trial.
Limits
Each plan includes specific staff seat and client limits. Exceeding these limits may restrict new client creation or staff invitations until you upgrade.
Upgrades and downgrades
- You may upgrade at any time; the difference is prorated where supported by Stripe.
- You may downgrade effective from the next billing cycle. Downgrades may require reducing usage to fit new plan limits.
Billing
- Subscription billing is handled by Stripe.
- Invoices and receipts are available in your billing area.
Failed payments
- If a payment fails, we will retry per Stripe's standard schedule.
- Account access may be restricted for new client creation or new staff invitations while a subscription is inactive.
- Data is not automatically deleted on failed payment. You will have a reasonable window to update payment details.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime in your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically on a yearly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Software only
Your subscription gives access to software only. Tax, accounting, and lodgement services are not provided by TaxAgentPortal.
